Commercial heating Manchester do it again with this very special heating system. The client, Pepperl+Fuchs International who are an industrial sensors manufacturer had asked for very particular commercial heating needs with a zonal system spilt into 13 areas.
Each area had to have its own room temperature due to different types of sensors and controls being produced and tested. The existing commercial boilers was costing around £3,000 per month to run, so changes needed to be made to reduce the cost, but most importantly not allow the heating to drop in the required areas. Our commercial heating design team came up with a plan to install the new commercial heating system in stages allowing the new boilers to be installed around the old existing system.
One by one the old zones were shut down while at the same time opening up and connecting in the new commercial zone heating system. The whole works took 4 engineers 7 days to complete and our commercial control engineer 2 days. The directors and maintenance team were then able to control the whole system from their smart phone, tablet or PC. The north west's number one commercial heating and plumbing engineers provided a design spec, stuck with it and achieved it.
Head of maintenance – Steven “We didn’t think it was going to be possible to keep all areas of the building at the correct temperatures while the boiler exchange took place but you did it. Fantastic job guys”
Well known for their high technology engineering solutions for metal cutting and grinding applications in the UK and across Europe, NCMT Ltd needed HeatinGlobal’s help with their commercial central heating system.
After a visit to their commercial property in Bury it was clear to our engineers the commercial boiler needed replacing sooner rather than later. After a thorough inspection from our specialist commercial heating engineer, our plan was to relocate the commercial boiler and upgrade to the ventilation system, this was so a balanced flue high efficiency condensing commercial boiler could be installed and a further 5-10kw of heat could be given.
Some basic plumbing work was also required to provide some much needed hot water in the toilet area. A filter was also added to keep the internal pipes clear after doing a full commercial heating power flush. The install took 3 days to get the old commercial heating system out and the new commercial heating system in causing little disruption to the work place and its employee’s.
Office manager - Margaret “Thanks for all your help with regards to our new office heating system. We no longer need to wear our coats in doors. Thanks a bunch”
Commercial heating Manchester heats a printing warehouse with ease when they all said it can't be done...
PFI Solutions in Trafford park came to the north west's number commercial heating engineers with the challenge to heat their new premises at a constant temperature of 20 degrees throughout the year.
Other commercial heating companies had been out, and all said that it couldn't be done. But we accepted the challenge and sent our specialist engineers out to have a look.
The site visit was made and a design plan put into place after looking at the customers equipment and room available. Our design team came up with a proposal to install a number of commercial heating units in the roof space and direct firing them into the areas that was required.
The commercial heating system was zoned off allowing them to heat and cool areas required. The office area was also looked at and new commercial boilers were installed to replace the old office boilers and hot water demand. The new commercial heating system was all connected to a new thermostat and timer control allowing them to monitor the system and temperatures from the comfort of there own home.
PFI Director David said “Thanks for all your help in keeping our printing equipment working at the correct temperature, not to mention the staff. Thanks again”
Bensons Components needed commercial gas engineers to install new gas and water pipes, another commercial job for HeatinGlobal. A visit was made for an engineer to view the commercial property first hand and a detailed plan of how the new gas and water pipes where to be installed was set out.
There were a number of issues with the installation mainly that the busy warehouse space had limited access so a timetable was used allowing us to weld the commercial gas pipes on the floor before lifting it into position. The new gas and water pipes where to run up along the roof struts to hide and not obstruct any packaging areas. The new commercial pipes were installed and working allowing a new gas and water feed into the commercial paint ovens.
Dan from Benson Components said “The engineers were really through with the job, they did the job to their highest standards”
